Joey Hale is a multifaceted individual who has excelled in various professional domains and is deeply committed to making a positive impact in West Tennessee. As a business coach and culture builder, he brings his expertise and experience to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential. He is the president of 731 Business Services, LLC, and in 2023 became a part owner of ServePro Chester, Hardin, Henderson, and McNairy counties.  He looks forward to continuing to invest in workforce development that serves all of West Tennessee.

His passion to serve began early, leading him to the United States Air Force, where he served faithfully since 2003. In his active duty military career, he deployed 70 times directly supporting two past Secretaries of Defense and, indirectly, the Presidents over them; including a deployment under Operation Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force Katrina. His dedication to public service led to his election to the Madison County Commission in 2018 and again in 2022. Hale's commitment to his community extends to his involvement in several local nonprofit organizations where he provides his expertise and support for causes such as victims of human trafficking, advocating for the rights of the unborn, and assisting the homeless. 

As an entrepreneur, Hale is the owner and principal broker of Town & Country REALTORSⓇ, a renowned real estate agency in Jackson, Tennessee. He acquired the company in 2018, following in the footsteps of local businessman Reggie Smith. Under Hale's leadership, Town & Country has experienced remarkable growth, with sales volume doubling and staff and agent rosters expanding significantly. As the principal broker, Hale is dedicated to fostering the professional and personal development of the agents under his guidance, encouraging them to become leaders in their own right. 

Hale's involvement in the real estate industry extends beyond his role at Town & Country. He is an accomplished real estate investor with experience in new construction and remodeled homes. Additionally, he serves as a property manager for several privately owned rental properties and is actively engaged in developing new neighborhoods to address housing needs in Jackson-Madison County. 

While he juggles numerous responsibilities, Hale always makes time for his family. He cherishes spending quality time with his wife, Katie, and their two children. Beyond his professional and personal endeavors, he enjoys recreational activities such as golfing and shooting. Family trips to the beach also hold a special place in his heart.
